This place used to be a monastic farm, believe it or not, churning out olive oil.
Now, it's been transformed by Frank Lenyo, a gallerist, and Vitor Borges into a hotel that's also a museum.
Lenyo's rare collection—think vintage Scandinavian modern furniture, sculptures, and ceramics—lends a cool vibe against the backdrop of whitewashed walls.
And you know where they used to press the oil? That's now an exhibition space for handpicked items.
