We (KAI India, a 110 years+ old Japanese MNC) urgently looking for Production Engineer for our Neemrana Plant.
Salary : 2.50-3.50 LPA
EQ n Exp: Diploma Engineer with 5-10 years’ experience in Plastic Injection Molding operations.
-Preparation of Daily Production Plan based on Monthly Plan.
-Daily Manpower allocation as per Plan
-Preparation of Daily Issue Slip for raw materials and tools required for production.
-Ensuring the production volumes are met as per the schedule
-Ensuring quality standards are implemented, monitored and delivered.
-Daily issues related to Quality, Production, Machines, Materials, Manpower handling to achieve Daily Production Targets.
-Ensuring the use of PPEs and safety norms at Shop Floor
-Implementation of productivity countermeasures and monitoring the results
-Maintaining daily production and productivity related data and update shop-floor board.
-WIP Inventory Calculation & summarized reports Preparation.
Training and boosting the morale of associates and daily coordination as per Plan.
-Participate in Improvement activities on shop floor through KAIZEN, Safety and 5-S activities.
-Leading the SMT team for Improvement in all aspects (5S, Safety, Productivity, Quality, Moral)
