Candidate Should have experience of 6 to 10 years in similar product portfolio and in automotive sector
* Monthly Quality & Delivery rating for supplier
* Supplier Evaluation & Development
* PPAP as per level III,
* Daily Communication with Customer
* In-house PPM control
* Customer Complaint handling
* Taking corrective and preventive actions at suppliers end to reduce their rejection.
* Assuring the process as per control plan
* New Supplier development, Supplier audits
* Reducing rejections by involvement of machine operating engineers and Vendors
* Maintain Daily Rejection record & the monthly Rejection Analysis
* Maintaining IATF documents as per requirement of internal / external / customer auditors.
* Responsible for MSA SPC study.
* In process line control & quality issues handling
* Handling customer, QMS & PPAP Audits
* Warranty Analysis & CAPA submission
* Kaizen
* KPI data submission
