1. Part quality for new product, maintain new part record for inspection. (IFM).
2. Inspection.(IFM).
3. New part inspection & joint inspection with customers.
4. Customer report for IFM parts.
5. Monthly data for lab testing parts.
6. Customer Complain record & countermeasure submission.
7. Warranty parts analysis & record maintain.
8. Rubber compound data & record.
9. IPP tag data for new parts.
10. SPC data for parts & critical dimension.
11. Daily inspection & rejection data for new parts.
12. Customer audit handling & record.
13. Lab characteristic data maintain & record.
14. Prepare evidence for customer countermeasure.
15. Update evidence for customer countermeasure.
16. Conduct in house Product Audit /Process audit
17. Prepare IATF 16949 Documents
18. In house & customer rejection monitoring for new parts.
