I'd like to share with you my long-time hobby (>2 years 😋): keeping kefir grains.
🔙 My interest was sparked many years ago when my mom was making yogurt by herself. In Taiwan (2019-ish?) I finally gave it a try and managed to make yogurt from bought yogurt and milk. But the quality would vary a lot and after a few batches it would eventually fail.
🎁 In 2020 my girlfriend got me some kefir grains and a kit (filter and wooden spoon) to make kefir yogurt with as a surprise gift.
