✨ Recently, our school hosted a practical training session for parents on the topic: “Emotional Intelligence in the Family: How to Help a Child Grow Confident and Emotionally Resilient.” Together with the school psychologists, participants explored how parents’ emotions influence the family atmosphere, a child’s behavior, and personality development. A particularly meaningful moment was the debut of our CIS student, Samina A., who conducted part of the training in her role as a future psychologist. Вместе со школьными психологами участники разобрали, как эмоции родителей влияют на атмосферу в семье, поведение ребёнка и формирование личности ребёнка. Особенно важным моментом стал дебют нашей студентки CIS – Самины А., которая провела часть тренинга в роли будущего психолога. From learning new skills to navigating the great outdoors, our participants have shown resilience, teamwork, and determination every step of the way. The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Program Adventurous Journey training day at CIS ✅ After the training session, we decided to do a quick interview with some of our students to learn what they have gained from this experience so far, and how these skills will help them in the future 🚀 ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ В CIS прошёл день тренинга Adventurous Journey в рамках Международной программы Duke of Edinburgh ✅ После тренинга мы решили провести короткое интервью с некоторыми из наших студентов, чтобы узнать, какой опыт они уже получили и как эти навыки помогут им в будущем 🚀

👨🏻💻 On January 30th, we held our second annual Conference for Innovative Students. For the second year in a row, the event was a great success for our school! More than 80 students took part, presenting over 70 projects. Committees consisting of teachers, parents, experts, and alumni reviewed all the projects. After careful discussion, each committee selected the top three projects to receive awards. 🤩 We are very proud of everyone and hope to see even more students and new projects next year. ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ 👨🏻💻 30 января в нашей школе прошла вторая ежегодная конференция Conference for Innovative Students. Уже второй год подряд это мероприятие проходит с большим успехом! В конференции приняли участие более 80 учеников, представивших свыше 70 проектов. Работы оценивали комитеты, в состав которых вошли учителя, родители, эксперты и выпускники. После активных обсуждений каждый комитет наградил три лучших проекта. 🤩 Мы гордимся нашими учениками и с нетерпением ждем новых идей и еще больше участников в следующем году.

It is jointly organised by SIMCC and Southern Illinois University (SIU). The Olympiad promotes the importance of mathematics and encourages students to develop a deeper understanding of advanced mathematical concepts.
