💵 Why get a physical card in a world of Apple Pay and Google Pay? Because payment infrastructure varies wildly from country to country, and a physical card still solves problems that a smartphone can't always handle. In some places, mobile payments work without restrictions. In others, adding a foreign virtual card to your phone is a hassle. Some people just need an ATM. And for many, a physical card remains the most familiar way to pay. The WebWisePay team is currently placing its first order to produce physical Visa cards under two brands – DigiU and WebWisePay. A few months ago, physical cards were just a line item on the roadmap. Now, we're turning that plan into reality. They'll complement our existing virtual cards: you'll be able to pay without a smartphone, use the card where mobile payment services are restricted, and withdraw cash from ATMs. We'll specifically test ATM functionality with the first batch of cards across different countries. National representatives and local DigiU affiliates will be the first to get the chance to order physical cards. For us, this is a logical first step. They know their markets inside out and can test the entire user journey in real-world conditions: from receiving and activating the card to making payments, using ATMs, and navigating the quirks of local payment infrastructure. This way, WebWisePay can gather hands-on experience from multiple countries well before a wider launch. Meanwhile, national representatives and affiliates will be the first to experience this journey alongside the product, helping shape its future development in their respective markets. In September, we plan to open physical card pre-orders to the remaining participants in the ecosystem. If you know your market well, work with clients, entrepreneurs, or communities, and see opportunities for WebWisePay in your country – reach out to us. We'll discuss the possibility of getting you a card in the first batch and explore potential local partnership formats. WebWisePay is gradually adding new ways to access and use funds – not based on some vision of an «ideal digital world», but on how people actually pay in different countries. Before the end of August, we'll publish the roadmap for the next stage of WebWisePay and outline where the product is headed next. #DigiU #WebWisePay #Fintech
Открыть канал и посмотреть медиа💼 WebWisePay: Third Funding Round Results The third funding round for DigiU kicked off on April 16, 2026. Its primary product priority has been the development of WebWisePay. The goal of this stage is clear – build a core payment infrastructure, deploy it in a live environment, and shift from developing standalone features to real-world user testing. Today, we have achieved a significant portion of this goal. 🔹 What's Already Live ✔️ WebWisePay crypto wallet; ✔️ Telegram and Android apps; ✔️ new virtual Visa cards; ✔️ Gasless Mode; ✔️ Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay where supported; ✔️ in-wallet cross-chain swaps; ✔️ internal transfers between users and cards; ✔️ referral program. But for us, what matters most isn't the number of features we've launched, but how the product performs post-launch. 📊 Initial Results The WebWisePay wallet user base has reached around 48,000 people. We've issued the first 100 new Visa cards. These cards are already in use across multiple countries, processing real payments, and, most importantly, users are topping them up again after their first transactions. At the current volume, the cards are running stably with virtually no issues across different regions. A single successful top-up or transaction proves the technology works. Repeat top-ups show that a genuine pattern of regular product usage is emerging. 🔹 New Scaling Scenarios Over the course of this stage, we've also gained a clearer vision of how WebWisePay can scale moving forward. WebWise Capital has signed a SAFE with OmyPayments. This agreement gives WebWisePay access to OmyPayments' white-label and payment infrastructure, opening up corporate use cases for the product. A single corporate client can bring hundreds or even thousands of wallet and card users to WebWisePay all at once, generating a steady flow of payment transactions. Integrating OmyPayments and running initial pilots with corporate clients will be one of the key objectives for the next stage. 🔹 What Changed During the Third Stage At the start of the stage, the main question was: Can we build a functional infrastructure that lets people use digital assets in their everyday lives? Today, the core functionality of this infrastructure is already being validated by real-world usage. Now, the questions are different: – how many users will use WebWisePay regularly; – how transaction volumes will grow; – which acquisition channels work best; – how user retention takes shape; – what the economics look like for real payment use cases; – how to scale the product through corporate clients. That's why the next stage won't just be about new features. One of our immediate goals is to increase the number of issued virtual cards to 1,000 and stress-test the infrastructure under a significantly higher load. At the same time, the team will be testing corporate use cases, acquisition channels, and product economics. On August 26, we'll share a separate update on the physical DigiU and WebWisePay cards, and on August 28, we'll publish the focus areas for the next stage along with a broader product vision. 💙 What This Means for Current Stage Participants Back on April 16, the decision to participate was based primarily on the roadmap. Today, the terms of the third stage are still in effect, but they're now backed by a working product, real cards and payments, repeat usage, and new scaling scenarios. The current offering price for DigiU shares is $0.0036. As we move to the next stage, it will increase to $0.004. On August 31, we'll take the final scheduled WebWisePaySnapshot of the current stage. When calculating the additional distribution of WebWisePay 1%, all Snapshots from the third stage and the actual DigiU shares purchased will be taken into account. 🔜 Increase your DigiU shares Recommended reading 🔹 «WebWisePay 1% for Third-Round Participants» #DigiU #WebWisePay #Fintech

The allocation will be calculated based on the initial Eywa token purchase amount at the current offering price of $0.0036 per share. We will distribute a total of approximately 72.4 million DigiU shares. 🔹 What You Need to Know The allocation: – is not compensation for investment losses or a refund; – is not an exchange of Eywa tokens for DigiU shares; – does not involve the transfer of any participant rights or claims against Eywa to DigiU; – does not mean that DigiU is assuming Eywa's obligations. The shares are being allocated additionally as a separate ecosystem initiative. For this purpose, no new DigiU shares will be issued. The distribution will come from a previously established reserve comprising gift and bonus shares, the rights to which were terminated during the legal reorganization in accordance with the previously published conditions and Offer Terms. 🔹 Why This Decision Was Made Eywa holds a special place in DigiU's history. The project originated within the DigiU Blockchain Lab, developed over nearly six years, graduated from the WebWise Capital accelerator, launched live products with a total transaction volume of around $5 billion, and secured investment from professional venture capital funds. DigiU participants also directly funded the project's development through the ecosystem's investment pools. DigiU has decided to further recognize their historical contribution through participation in the broader ecosystem. This decision applies specifically to Eywa and does not automatically extend to other existing or future investment pools. Each such case is considered individually. 🔵 Ecosystem Recognizes Participant Contributions DigiU is being built as a long-term partnership between the company and the global community. As the ecosystem grows, we are exploring ways to factor in participants' internal ratings and their verified contributions, including retroactively – when the appropriate grounds and resources become available. Eywa's legacy has also equipped DigiU and WebWise Capital with deep expertise in blockchain infrastructure, experience working with tech teams and international VC funds, valuable professional connections, and a deeper understanding of the tech market. Today, this expertise and network are being leveraged in WebWise Capital's investment approach and the development of other ecosystem initiatives, including WebWisePay. Within 5 business days, DigiU shares will be credited to the accounts of participants in the respective Eywa pools. Recommended Reading 🔜 «Eywa: Why the Project Shut Down. Открыть канал и посмотреть медиа💼 WebWisePay: From Roadmap to Live Product On June 27, we published the WebWisePay roadmap through the end of August. We've completed a significant portion of the tasks for the current stage, and WebWisePay is now ready for everyday use. WebWisePay lets you use crypto assets for everyday payments without having to cash out through exchanges and swap services every time. What's Already Live ✔️ WebWisePay crypto wallet; ✔️ Telegram App and Android app; ✔️ new virtual Visa cards; ✔️ Gasless Mode; ✔️ Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay where supported; ✔️ in-wallet cross-chain swaps; ✔️ referral program. Our cards are already being used across Europe, Asia, Africa, and other regions. 🔜 June 27 Roadmap 🔜 Planned for rollout before the end of the current stage: Transfers by card number – between WebWisePay users and between your own cards, including across different countries. On-ramp / Off-ramp – the technical capability to buy and sell crypto assets with fiat currencies. Physical DigiU and WebWisePay Visa cards. During this stage, we'll prepare the technical and organizational infrastructure for their issuance and open pre-orders. Physical cards will allow you to withdraw cash from ATMs and make the product more accessible to users in countries where foreign virtual cards face restrictions in mobile payment services. It's important to understand: technical readiness and a commercial launch are two different things. In fintech, development is just one piece of the puzzle – you also need partner infrastructure, legal support, integrations, and ongoing operational expenses. That's why it makes sense to roll out certain features only after building a substantial user base. 🚀 Next Stage – From Product to Scale Key focus areas: 🔹 reaching our first thousand active users and testing marketing channels; 🔹 load testing and security enhancements; 🔹 2FA and additional transaction confirmations; 🔹 integrating DigiU Deposits into the wallet; 🔹 loyalty and cashback programs; 🔹 the B2B segment and potential integration with OmyPayments; 🔹 global infrastructure and new markets. The specific roadmap for the next stage will be finalized once the current one is complete. The current stage is building the core infrastructure. The next one needs to prove WebWisePay's ability to scale and attract users. 📌 Why Now Is the Perfect Time to Get Involved Today, we already have a fully functional wallet, cards, real-world payments, and international testing underway. We've achieved far more tangible results than at the start of the funding round, yet the terms for the current stage are still in effect. The third funding round is scheduled to wrap up by the end of August. Once we move on to the next stage, the price of DigiU shares will increase. Plus, the next WebWisePay snapshot will take place on August 15. Before the snapshot, you can buy a new package, upgrade your existing one, make an installment payment, or pay off your balance in full. 💰 Increase your DigiU shares and join the snapshot: Ссылка скрыта #DigiU #WebWisePay #Snapshot #Fintech
