We are hiring a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 for Stiltsoft - Atlassian Platinum Marketplace Partner. 🍋 🍋🍋 #remote or #hybrid (in Tallinn) #employment or #B2B The 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 will take ownership of products for Confluence and Jira. This role is for a hands-on product leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, making pragmatic decisions, and working closely with the team to turn opportunities into measurable outcomes. The Lead will: 👍 Own the product strategy and roadmap 👍 Protect and grow the existing customer base (NRR) — retain and expand revenue from large customers (XL+) 👍 Find a scalable path to new-customer growth on Cloud — identify, validate, and build a working acquisition motion 👍 Define the future of Smart Attachments on Cloud — its core value proposition isn’t there yet, so you’ll figure out what it should be and drive it forward 👍 Drive product discovery and delivery: clarify problems, run user interviews, explore solutions, run experiments, analyze results, and turn learnings into prioritized roadmap items with clear success metrics 👍 Strengthen the discovery + iteration muscle, and raise business ownership across the team Who We Are Looking for: ✅ A Senior Product Manager with broad, hands-on product experience and strong product leadership skills ✅ Proven experience owning a B2B SaaS product end-to-end, rather than just one feature or product area ✅ Experience across the full customer lifecycle — from acquisition and activation to monetization and retention ✅ Comfortable working across product and growth, including go-to-market and product marketing ✅ Able to turn messy customer feedback, data, and market signals into clear product opportunities ✅ Experienced in raising the product bar within a team — improving discovery, decision-making, and ownership through influence rather than authority ✅ Proactive and pragmatic, with sharp, evidence-based thinking and clear communication And the bottleneck is: The Product Lead must be fluent in both 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 & 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧.
