Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and leads (Google, Facebook, etc.)
* Communicate with customers, qualify requests, and book jobs
* Assist in selling services, estimates, and HVAC projects
* Dispatch and coordinate technicians’ schedules
* Support customers throughout the process (questions, updates)
* Resolve basic issues and maintain a high level of service
* Work with CRM (Housecall Pro)
Requirements:
* English level C1+ (clear, confident communication)
* Strong communication & basic sales skills
* Organized, responsible, and proactive
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in HVAC / dispatching
Schedule:
* Full-time
* Monday-Friday (5 days per week)
* 2PM - 10PM Pacific Time
Remote Work Conditions:
* Quiet workspace (no background noise)
* Computer/laptop
* Headset with microphone (noise cancellation preferred)
* Stable high-speed internet
Compensation:
* Paid training & probation period
* $6/hour base + KPI bonus + commission!
