We’re looking for a Backend + AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore (Hybrid).
Experience: 1–4 years
We’re particularly interested in engineers who have hands-on experience with:
• AI/ML models & LLMs
• Reinforcement Learning (RL/RLHF)
• Model training & fine-tuning
• Model evaluation & benchmarking
• Python + backend engineering
Immediate Joiners are preferred.
If you enjoy building AI systems and working close to the models—not just calling APIs—this could be a great fit.
