🔹 Experience: 3–6 years
🔹 Focus: Rust / Distributed Systems / Systems Engineering

What we’re looking for:
Strong hands-on Rust development experience
Excellent understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
Strong fundamentals in Distributed Systems & Concurrency
Good understanding of Memory Management & Networking
Experience building production-grade software and debugging complex systems
Kafka knowledge is a plus.
