🚀 We're Hiring | Adobe RT-CDP Tech Lead | ITC Infotech We're looking for an experienced Adobe Real-Time CDP Tech Lead to lead the architecture, implementation, and evolution of our Customer Data Platform. What you'll do ✔ Lead Adobe RT-CDP architecture and platform strategy ✔ Design and build Consumer Golden Records using identity stitching & profile unification ✔ Enable advanced segmentation and real-time personalization ✔ Integrate Adobe RT-CDP with CRM, Web, Commerce, Analytics and offline data sources ✔ Work with Business, Marketing, CRM and Digital teams to define the customer data roadmap ✔ Lead technical teams and drive solution excellence across multiple initiatives We're looking for professionals with ✅ 7+ years of experience in Marketing Technology / Data Platforms ✅ 5+ years of hands-on Adobe RT-CDP implementation experience ✅ Strong expertise in Identity Resolution, Segmentation, Destinations and Profile Management ✅ Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Web SDK, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Commerce/AEM integrations ✅ Good understanding of ETL, Data Modelling, APIs and Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) ✅ Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Nice to Have ⭐ Adobe RT-CDP Certification ⭐ FMCG / CPG industry experience ⭐ Experience with Privacy, Consent Management and Data Clean Rooms ⭐ Agile delivery experience 📍 Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) If you're passionate about building enterprise-scale Customer Data Platforms and enabling next-generation customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
