Да пребудет с вами сила! Речь даже не про правило «пре-» и «при-», тут опять про глаголы-паронимы. «Прибывать» — значит «приближаться, приходить, появляться», а «пребывать» — быть, находиться. Вполне можно пожелать кому-то обрести силы, чтобы они к нему «прибыли». В этом случае фраза звучала бы — «да прибудет в тебе сила». Грамотная речь | Саморазвитие
