RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring and analyzing suitable projects on Upwork.
- Creating personalized responses for potential clients.
- Continuously optimizing the client search and attraction strategy.
- Collecting and systematizing information about potential clients.
- Interacting with the team to clarify technical details of projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Location: not Russia or Belarus
- Time zone: from GMT+0 to GMT+5
- English language proficiency: C1 or higher – confident spoken and written communication.
- Russian language proficiency: C1 or higher – confident spoken and written communication.
- Understanding of web and mobile development processes, including the differences between SaaS and marketplaces, UI and UX, and manual QA and automated QA.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and achieve results.
- Availability of a laptop/computer and webcam for calls and video recordings.
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience working on Upwork or other freelance platforms will be an advantage.
- Having an active Upwork profile with a good project history and metrics (Job Success Rate, Top Rated status or higher).
