❗️New Rules for Medical Examination of Foreign Citizens Starting September 1, 2026, the deadline for completing the mandatory medical examination in Russia will be reduced from 90 days to 30 days! 🗓️What is changing? Foreign citizens staying in Russia for more than 90 days for study, work, or other purposes will need to undergo the required medical examination within 30 calendar days from the date of entry into the Russian Federation. Why is it important to complete the examination on time? The medical examination is a mandatory requirement, so it is important to make sure you complete it within the new 30-day deadline. Failure to comply with the requirement may result in an administrative fine If you already hold a valid medical certificate, you should undergo a repeat medical examination 30 days before its expiration 🗓 Medical certificates remain valid for 1 year.
