Ireland is giving financial education a public face for the first time. The government has appointed Gráinne Griffin and Denis Carrigan as the country's first Financial Literacy Ambassadors, tasking them with helping people better manage their money while supporting Ireland's National Financial Literacy Strategy. Their work will also promote financial education around the planned Investment Account, due to launch in 2027, as the government seeks to improve long-term financial wellbeing across the country. Sometimes the most valuable investment isn't in the market-it's understanding your own money first.
