A new haircut can change your look-but this project is helping teenagers change their future. Dublin's Hair Together teaches young people hairdressing and barbering while also building their confidence through wellbeing and personal development programmes, giving them a better chance of finding work. Founded by Eileen McHugh after she overcame addiction herself, the initiative is designed to help local teenagers believe in themselves and follow their career goals. Sometimes the most valuable thing a salon gives you isn't a haircut-it's a fresh start.
