Head/Lead of Internal Infra
🌎 Location: remote from anywhere
👉 Team: one of the leading quantitative trading companies with HQ in Dubai
We are looking for a Head/Lead of Internal Infra to help divide internal and external infra.
📍What will you do in this role?
- Take full ownership of Internal Infra audit, optimization and further development
- Manage the internal technology systems (cloud and on-premise services like Git, Jira, Artifactory, VPN, helpdesk, etc), their architecture, and infrastructure service quality
- Grow a team to help deliver your vision
- Report directly to CEO and Head of Infra
- Collaborate with peers and leading experts from around the globe
📍 About you:
- Experience in a similar position for 3-4 years
- Advanced knowledge of internal Infrastructure ecosystem
- Hands-on managerial style
- Good communication skills to cooperate with senior stakeholder and external vendors
- Prior experience in HFT/ quantitative trading /FinTech is a plus
- English B2
