We are looking for a Country Manager to re-launch one of the CIS markets
📍What will you do in this role?
- Re-boot one of the biggest markets in the CIS region
- Take full ownership of product audit, analysis of competitors & long-term strategy
- Build a team of your own to help you deliver your vision
- Develop efficient retention strategy & optimize performance
- Have full freedom in determining the market roadmap & key success metrics
- Collaborate with peers and leading iGaming experts from around the globe
📍 About you:
- advanced knowledge of iGaming industry and B2C products with focus on casino
- strong expertise in the CIS region with focus on casino
- an expert in iGaming industry metrics and ability to work with them
- analysis of competitors and optimizing the geo strategy
- strong skills with traffic, retention of users, payment services
- English B1-B2
- Experience in a similar position for 2 years
