Our office will be closed on 01 June 2026
Dear clients, please note that our Bali office will be closed on Monday, 01 June 2026, due to Pancasila Day, an official national holiday in Indonesia.
On national holidays, immigration offices, banks, and government institutions are also closed. This means that visa applications, extensions, payments, and official processes may be continued only on the next working day.
But you can still apply online anytime through our portal:

Our portal works 24/7, including weekends and holidays. You can submit your request, upload documents, and complete payment online, while our team will continue processing after the holiday.
To avoid misunderstandings and delays, please always check the official holiday calendar before planning your visa process:

Flado Indonesia has been working with visa and immigration services since 2020. We are here, we continue working, and we always reply — but our team also respects Indonesian national holidays.
Thank you for your understanding.
