From Farmer Profiling to Finance. Making Access Work End to End.
Access to finance isn’t just about loans. It’s about ensuring farmers know how to qualify, what’s required, and how to manage credit responsibly from application to repayment.
On Day 2 of Lersha’s Super Agent Workshop, Dashen Bank, one of our key partners, guided Super Agents through the full journey of agricultural finance — eligibility, KYC, documentation, loan application, approval, disbursement, utilization, and repayment.
For Super Agents, this knowledge is vital. They are the first point of contact for farmers, helping them prepare information, understand the process, and stay connected throughout the cycle. The session also gave them space to share field experiences, ask practical questions, and strengthen coordination with the bank.
When banks, technology, and last‑mile networks align, finance moves closer to the farmers who need it most.
