Super Agents in Action. Digital Tools, Real Impact.
Day 2 of Lersha's Super Agent Capacity Building Workshop started with our Super Agents doing what they do best: learning, engaging, and putting digital tools into practice.
The morning focused on a practical refresher on the Lersha digital platform, taking Super Agents through the latest application updates, farmer profiling, KYC verification, and the tools they use every day to serve farmers more effectively.
With phones in hand, Super Agents explored new updates, refreshed their skills, shared experiences from the field, asked questions, and worked through practical exercises together with the technical team.
As our platform continues to evolve, keeping our Super Agents confident and up to date is essential. They are the connection between our technology and the farmers, pastoralists, and agro pastoralists we serve across Ethiopia.
