Kundyums is an old Russian dish of the 16th century. The recipe for kundyums was reconstructed by the historian V.V. Pokhlebkin. In the original recipe, a minced egg is added to the filling and they are served with sour cream.
But since now in Russia there is Great Lent on Christian studies, we offer a recipe without eggs.
