Log Viewer - open, filter and follow huge log files
Hello everyone! I made a native Mac app called Log Viewer.Problem:Normal text editors can become slow or freeze when opening very large log files. I wanted something that could open them quickly and make it easy to find the useful lines.Comparison:Unlike TextEdit, Log Viewer does not load the whole file into an editable document. Compared with using less in Terminal, it provides visual filtering, custom highlighting, and live following in a normal Mac interface.A few features:Opens multi-gigabyte log filesPlain-text and regex filteringFollows files while they are being writtenCustom colors for errors, warnings, and other patternsDisplays ANSI terminal colorsOpens copied logs directly from the clipboard (I love copying logs from web and pasting them into the tool for better reading experience)Pricing:Free, with no in-app purchases.
