И немного отзывов со вчерашнего эфира - сделала скрины чата в зуме. Замеряли что изменилось после практики. Вообще люблю ДПДГ, там все четко и конкретно - замерили по 10 бальной шкале состояние "До...", поработали и замерили что "После..." Обычно аффект значительно снижается, и возвращается ресурс (как минимум спокойствие).
