#candidate A data scientist with a focus on Arabic NLP is looking for a job in the EU or UK.
Hi everyone,
I'm Abeer, a data scientist and a Cheveningfcdo awardee who has graduated from the University of Sheffield, UK with a master's degree in Data Science. I am highly interested in NLP (and Arabic NLP). Currently, I am looking for a new opportunity in the EU or UK (preferably in the Netherlands or the UK) and I require visa sponsorship.
After completing my master's I worked in a US-based startup remotely as a data scientist. Then I started working as a lecturer in the AI and Data Science department. Unfortunately, I was only able to serve in this role for a few weeks before the outbreak of the war in Gaza.
I am particularly interested in research roles in data science, data scientist or ML engineer roles. If anyone within this group is aware of suitable openings or could provide guidance on where to look or whom to contact, I would be immensely grateful for your assistance.
