Finance Director / CFO — Crypto-Native Gaming Platform

We’re a crypto-native online gaming platform looking for a Finance Director / CFO to own financial operations end-to-end, including crypto treasury and multi-currency reporting.
Candidate should be based in or willing to work closely with a Dubai-based founder.
Responsibilities:
- Own full financial reporting: monthly, quarterly, yearly — revenue and multi-currency balances
- Reconcile across crypto custody (Fireblocks), OTC/exchange conversion, and multi-jurisdiction banking
- Oversee treasury across crypto and fiat holdings
- Build financial controls and reporting infrastructure as the company scales
Requirements:
- Real experience with crypto treasury operations and reading on-chain transactions
- Hands-on experience with custody platforms (e.g., Fireblocks) and OTC/exchange conversion flows
- Strong financial reporting and reconciliation skills across multiple currencies
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
Nice to have:
- Prior exposure to gaming, betting, or high-risk/high-volume payment environments
Stack:
Fireblocks, crypto custody, OTC/exchange conversion, on-chain transaction analysis
