Senior IT Engineer Full-time/Company: Blockchain.com Blockchain is connecting the world to the future of finance. As a fast-growing global crypto company, it helps millions safely access cryptocurrency and serves over 90 million wallet holders. Applicants must be based in Dallas, Texas and be able to work in-office four days per week. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive IT support to all employees, including VIP and C-suite, with white-glove service and discretion - Maintain and provision employee hardware and software using Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms; perform onboarding, offboarding, and re-provisioning - Manage network infrastructure (Meraki switches, access points, firewalls), office LANs, Wi‑Fi, and video conferencing systems - Administer core SaaS platforms at an admin level (Slack, Jira, Notion, 1Password, Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager) - Coordinate laptop logistics, shipments and collections globally with carriers (FedEx, UPS, Retriever) - Support office builds, moves, internal/external events, and assist employees with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) Requirements: - 5+ years in IT support or systems engineering, ideally in startup/scale-up environments - Strong security awareness and current knowledge of best practices - Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, routing, and firewalls; hands-on Meraki experience - Proficiency in macOS and Google Workspace administration - Experience with Jamf or equivalent MDM platforms at an admin level - Experience with AV/video conferencing hardware and software (Logitech, Owl, Google Meet, Zoom) - Experience supporting VIP/C-suite stakeholders with professionalism and discretion Nice to have: - Experience with Rippling MDM, Microsoft 365, Adobe, DocuSign - Vendor and ISP management experience (Verizon or similar) Stack: Apple Business Manager, Jamf, Rippling MDM, Meraki, macOS, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Notion, 1Password, Logitech, Owl, Google Meet, Zoom, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini Benefits: - Full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity - Work From Anywhere policy: up to 4 weeks to work remotely from abroad - Mandatory four days per week in-person at Dallas office - Unlimited vacation - Apple equipment - Opportunity to grow at a rapidly expanding global technology company - Flexible work culture 📩 Apply
