Risk & Compliance Analyst Full-time/Company: Swapped.com Join a lean team of ~30 people worldwide focused on making buying, selling, and moving crypto easier. Swapped.com builds tooling to simplify on-chain activity and has onboarded 2M+ users across 150+ countries, partnering with names like Polymarket, Trust Wallet and Brave Browser. Responsibilities: - Conduct source of funds checks by reviewing customer information and documentation - Review crypto wallet screening alerts and create reports for the MLRO where applicable - Manually review customer transactions/orders to accept or decline per anti-fraud processes - Maintain and create internal and external process documentation - Liaise with support, risk, and other teams about relevant updates, issues, or suggestions Requirements: - 2–3 years experience in risk & compliance roles, ideally in fintech, crypto, or a payment service provider - Experience performing source of funds checks and transaction reviews - Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset - Proactive, high ownership, and able to work independently and remotely - Excellent written and verbal English communication Nice to have: - Experience with non-custodial crypto models - Experience in startup or fast-moving work environments - Experience within iGaming Benefits: - Competitive salary - Yearly performance-based bonus (1–2 months’ salary) - Yearly company trip to meet the team in person - Annual upskilling budget - Fast-paced environment with minimal bureaucracy and focus on results - Option to join offices in St Julian’s (Malta), Aarhus (Denmark) or Vilnius (Lithuania) if desired - A team that rewards results and performance 📩 Apply
