Risk & Compliance Analyst

Join a lean team of 30 people around the world dedicated to making buying, selling, and moving crypto easier. Swapped.com builds products used by Polymarket, Trust Wallet, Brave Browser and has onboarded 2M+ users across 150+ countries, handling hundreds of thousands of transactions per month.
Responsibilities:
- Source of funds checks: review customer information and documentation submissions.
- Crypto wallet screening: review alerts and create reports for the MLRO where applicable.
- Transaction reviews: manually review customer orders to accept or decline per anti-fraud processes.
- Maintain and create internal and external documentation for daily processes.
- Liaise with support, risk and other teams to raise issues and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience in risk & compliance roles, ideally in fintech, crypto, or a payment service provider environment.
- Experience with compliance tasks including source of funds checks.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Proactive, able to work independently and take ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have:
- Experience with non-custodial crypto models.
- Experience in startups or fast-moving working environments.
- Experience within iGaming.
