Growth Lead
Full-time/Company: Verilay
Verilay is building a privacy-focused ZK Rollup + Identica/DID layer that enables companies and individuals to verify identities, reuse trusted credentials, and exchange proofs without exposing sensitive data. It's an Inspira Labs portfolio company focused on privacy infrastructure and digital identity.
Responsibilities:
- Define positioning, ideal customer profiles, priority use cases, channels, pricing, and growth roadmap.
- Translate ZK Rollup and Identica/DID capabilities into simple, compelling products and integration offers.
- Build and run experiments across enterprise sales, partnerships, ecosystem growth, and product-led acquisition.
- Develop relationships across Web3, digital identity, KYC/KYB, HR-tech, recruitment, fintech, and enterprise infrastructure; secure pilots and integrations.
- Own the pipeline from outreach and qualification through negotiation, launch, and expansion; launch first enterprise pilots and ecosystem campaigns.
- Define funnel stages, targets, reporting, and growth KPIs; turn pilots into case studies and repeatable playbooks.
- Work with founders and product to build the foundations of the growth and business development function.
Requirements:
- Strong growth, GTM, business development, or partnerships experience in Web3 infrastructure, digital identity, enterprise SaaS, or fintech.
- Proven record of launching early-stage products, securing enterprise partnerships, or building measurable growth pipelines.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, integrations, growth experimentation, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear commercial narratives and campaigns.
- High ownership, excellent English, and confidence working in a remote, early-stage environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with ZK technology, rollups, DID, verifiable credentials, KYC/KYB, or privacy infrastructure.
- An existing network across Web3 ecosystems, enterprises, identity providers, HR-tech, recruitment, or fintech.
- Experience securing pilots, letters of intent, design partners, grants, or ecosystem partnerships.
- Previous experience as a Growth Lead, Head of Growth, Head of Partnerships, founder, or early commercial hire.
