Senior Legal Counsel - Crypto / DeFi Full-time/Company: Re7 Capital Re7 Capital is a London-based crypto-asset investment firm operating innovative investment strategies at the frontier of digital assets, underpinned by proprietary data infrastructure and deep domain expertise. The team combines institutional finance experience, DeFi-native insight and advanced analytics. Applicants ideally within 3 hours of GMT/BST. Responsibilities: - Manage regulatory licensing and cross-jurisdictional legal structures. - Support commercial deal structuring and negotiation. - Ensure compliance across sales, marketing and corporate communications. - Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of existing and new products. - Handle legal entity governance, IP protection and data privacy compliance.
