Finance Director / CFO — Crypto-Native Gaming Platform

We’re a crypto-native online gaming platform, looking for a Finance Director / CFO to own our financial operations end to end.
Applicants should be based in or willing to work closely with a Dubai-based founder.
Responsibilities:
- Own full financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly), including revenue and multi-currency balances
- Reconcile crypto custody (Fireblocks), OTC/exchange conversions, and multi-jurisdiction banking
- Oversee treasury across crypto and fiat holdings
- Build financial controls and reporting infrastructure as the company scales
Requirements:
- Proven experience with crypto treasury operations, including reading on-chain transactions
- Experience with custody platforms (e.g. Fireblocks) and OTC/exchange conversion flows
- Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience across crypto and fiat
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
Nice to have:
- Prior exposure to gaming, betting, or high-risk/high-volume payment environments

Benefits:
- Compensation: $4K – $6K; option to be paid in digital currency
