Responsibilities: - Own the HELOC post-close process end-to-end, ensuring recordable security instruments - Manage investor inquiries related to recorded deeds of trust, notes, and assignments of mortgage - Process and record Assignments of Mortgage (AOMs) and manage POA/AOM workflows for partners - Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of DART loans and manage vendor collaboration for documents - Resolve recording exceptions, lien release issues, and perform county research and outreach - Handle curative efforts (e.g., Scrivener's Affidavits), closing appointment documents, and RSD tasks - Monitor recording stage audit and ensure accountability for security instruments and FNMA/MERS processes Requirements: - 1+ year administrative and/or customer-facing experience - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and meet tight deadlines - Professional, concise communication skills with cross-functional teams and external customers - Strong organizational skills to manage a large pipeline of loans - Analytical mindset with drive to identify process improvements and automation opportunities - Familiarity with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Google Drive, and Slack Nice to have: - Post-closing experience in residential mortgage lending - In-depth knowledge of HELOCs, FNMA, FHLMC, and private investor products - Understanding of Federal and State regulations (RESPA, TILA, HOEPA, QM) - Knowledge of State and County recording requirements and needs Stack: G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Google Drive, Slack, DART, MERS, FNMA, FHLMC Benefits: - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% employer-paid premiums for employees and dependents on select plans) - Company HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, 401(k), and commuter benefits - Employer-paid life and disability insurance - 11 observed holidays and PTO plan; up to 12 weeks paid family leave - Continuing education reimbursement 📩 Apply
