The 2001 UN report "Replacement Migration: Is It a Solution to Declining and Ageing Populations?" was authored by the United Nations Population Division, part of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs under Director Joseph Chamie.
Joseph Chamie is also a Jewish Zionist WEF contributor who wrote: "the peace plan of the Israeli government is the establishment of Greater Israel with a dominant Jewish majority."
