💰 Approx. £47,000 starting salary + annual tonnage bonus

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Tug Master / Tug Driver to join a port operation in Northern Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong practical towing experience who is confident handling azimuth drive (AZD) tugs and is looking for a role with a developing 2 weeks on / 1 week off rota.
⚓ What we're looking for:
- Master ticket preferred, although trainees working towards their Master’s ticket may be considered.
- Strong towing and tug-handling experience.
- Proven experience operating azimuth drive (AZD) tugs.
- Experience operating vessels of under approximately 200 GT.
- Comfortable combining tug operations with maintenance duties when not actively towing.
💰 Package & rota:
- Starting salary: approx. £47,000
- Annual tonnage bonus
- Current rota trial: 2 weeks on / 1 week off, with the hope of making this permanent.
