While we’re working hard to launch our web app with virtual cards, we’d like to share a few important updates on the financial side.
💎Buyback for TonPad Investors
We’re preparing a gradual token buyback for our minority investors who supported us via TonPad.
The buyback will begin during month and will be done in TON, but at the USDT rate at the time of investment.
That means:
🔠Same value in USD
🔠More TON returned than originally invested (due to the drop in TON price)
📉Why No Listing?
We’ve decided not to pursue a token listing, as we’re transitioning to an equity-based model. We believe this move better aligns with the long-term vision and stability of TonBanking.
🌍The crypto market has faced serious challenges. Many projects have already shut down.
But TonBanking continues to build, step by step, for over 3 years now, with limited resources and full dedication.

• Launching virtual cards (test phase)
• Integrating TonConnect
• Enabling crypto payments
• Building secure, decentralized infrastructure
The recent large-scale CEX hack only reinforces the need for true decentralization.
