Successful withdrawal from the “MIR” card in Vietnam. BIDV bank gave out maximum 2M VND (~90 usd) for a transaction while taking 3% commission interest. Normally in Vietnam you can withdraw up to 5M VND and pay 1.5% commission (Visa, MasterCard)
Very sad experience, will not come again.
