📱"Wikipedia has been compromised:the CIA was involved in editing materials of the online encyclopedia, stated co‑founder Larry Sanger in an interview with Berliner Zeitung.
📣According to Sanger, the anonymity of authors turned the platform into a "propaganda organ." He also claims that edits in the interests of governments, corporations, and other influential structures have been made for many years.

What we know as a fact thanks to all kinds of evidence: the CIA has already edited Wikipedia," Sanger said.
✖️The co‑founder of the project believes that Wikipedia has violated the original principle of a neutral point of view and acquired a left‑liberal bias.
🔘In his opinion, this is especially dangerous now, since the encyclopedia's materials are used by search engines and artificial intelligence systems for training and generating responses.
Sanger admitted that today he rather regrets creating Wikipedia, although he considers many of its materials useful.
⚙️He named the main mistake as the lack, from the very beginning, of mechanisms that could protect the platform's impartiality and limit the influence of anonymous editors.
