Hi, I’m Laura 👋
I’m a Junior Recruitment Officer at InterMaritime Shipmanagement, and I’ve been working in maritime recruitment for over a year now. ⚓
There are many things I enjoy about recruitment, but for me, the best part is that moment when you finally find the right person for a position and see them join the vessel.
There’s something incredibly rewarding about knowing that all the searching, calls, messages, documents and coordination actually led somewhere- you found the right person, they got the job, and your work made it happen.
That feeling never gets old. 😊
And if you’re looking for your next contract, feel free to connect or get in touch! 🚢
