🕔 Vitalik Buterin outlined two key goals of the Ethereum Foundation:
• Make users feel the real benefits of Ethereum’s core properties in their everyday lives.
• Increase the network’s resilience and decentralization by addressing vulnerabilities at all levels.
Additionally, the Ethereum Foundation has changed its governance structure — now, the responsibilities of the board of directors and the executive team (management) are separated.
However, many have criticized the EF approach, claiming that the stated goals do not contribute to the growth of ETH’s price. Instead, they argue that the Ethereum Foundation should go public on the NASDAQ through an IPO and adopt a treasury model with the issuance of convertible bonds.
