Kazakhtelecom JSC is a leading telecommunications company in Kazakhstan, developing a corporate AI-agent platform with RAG assistants for internal documents and business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Build AI agents from concept to production, including LangGraph workflows, RAG systems, prompts, tool/function calling, external integrations, and streaming LLM applications.
• Develop backend services with FastAPI/async, PostgreSQL/SQLAlchemy, Celery/Kafka, and write tests; assess quality and resolve production issues.
Requirements:
• Strong Python development and practical LangGraph experience.
• Experience building LLM applications and RAG systems with embeddings, vector search, relevance assessment, Qdrant, and hybrid/dense/sparse search.
• Git, REST, asynchronous backend development, and independent task completion.
• Familiarity with LiteLLM/vLLM and local models such as Qwen or Gemma.
