Position:-AM/ Dy Manager Job Title :- Dy Manager- Process Quality( Surface treatment and Moulding) Qualification:- B. Tech. Mechanical Engineering/ or Qualification( Diploma/ Degree) in Plastic engineering and injection moulding from recognised university. Job Profile:- Good working experience on Process Quality function (Surface treatment and Moulding) Major Exp. Required in ST Area Well versed about process Quality compliance in Surface treatment department and Moulding Knowledge of Process parameter and customer Specific requirement Knowledge on Quality tools- Like SPC, MSA, 7QC Tools, Rejection and rework controlling Analysing rejection trend and establish controls on process to eliminate the defects Process Audit as per Process Quality control checks Maintaining Department COPQ and process PPM Maintaining of Quality standard to strengthen the process Maintaining standard requirement pertaining to IATF- 16949-2015 , EMS and OHSAS. Change management and regulatory requirement control and adherence Salary:- 6 lacs CTC Per annum Experience :- 7 to 8 years real experience of handling all matters as mention above Preference Location:- Any candidate from Ahmedabad or outside from Gujarat who can relocate himself. Computers Proficiency :- Good commends over MS Excel and PowerPoint- Working experience on the same.
