Edu /Qulification : Diploma/BE Mechanical
Exp.. 2 to 6 Year's
Location_Baroda (Automotive Industry)
Job Responsibilty as per below mention.!!
-Daily rework and rejection monitoring
- Monthly road map
And action plan against rework analysis
- Preapare action plan for customer complaint
- Preparing IATF audit and HMCL audit documentation
- Limit sample and master sample prepared for appearance
- Participate in daily morning meeting
-Customer return material analysis and action
- PDI report upload on HMCL portal
- Daily clear QMS, rework order and block material in SAP
- QAV audit (product and process audit) as per plan
- Manpower planning as per production plan for paint shop, plating and polishing
- Updation of monthly kaizen.
