I don't have all the answers and I don't always know the best thing to do but one thing I know for sure is that no matter what always be the most loving and beautiful version of yourself. ~ No matter what you've done, what situation you might find yourself in or how life has played out for you the best policy is to always to the most loving and beautiful person you can be. ~ You won't always get it right...that's just part of life and yes there will be days where you don't act in a way which is aligned with your most beautiful and loving self but you can always find a way to make it right and do the right thing if you come from a good place within your own heart. ~ You can never truly live in regret if you are always the most loving, kind and beautiful version of yourself because you know deep down inside your intentions are pure. ~ You are beautiful and you really have no reason not to be the most loving and beautiful version of yourself except for your own ego and pride.... Don't let them get in the way of your own happiness! ~ I don't know what challenges you are facing right now in your life and what you might be dealing with but maybe it's time to be your most beautiful and loving self and allow that energy to carry you forth to a new more empowering and beautiful existence. @before5am

So much of our pain, suffering and despair starts and ends with how we talk to ourselves. ~ Think about it? How much better would you be and how much better would your life be if you could change the conversation going on in your own head? ~ How many a nights have you suffered because your internal dialogue has put you on trial and has accused you of things you never did, things that have never actually happened and things which were ultimately out of your control. ~ You want to change your life, well you know what... start learning how to talk to yourself and communicate with yourself the right way. ~ Every thing I share with you guys plays a role in your success and happiness, but this is the one concept you absolutely must master. Otherwise, you will always struggle to be happy within, no matter what level of success you achieve. ~ You've got to stop beating yourself up and start holding your own hand, be gentle with yourself and know when it's time to be tough and when it's time to be gentle. ~ You have to have a conversation with yourself, rather than be judge and jury. Be honest and frank with yourself but always be very aware that you have to guide yourself towards your greater purpose. ~ Someone close to me once said, as you get older as you go on your own journey you will have to be your own mother, your own father, your own angel and your own teacher and I have found that to be true when it comes to communicating with myself. ~ So I know you are wondering where to start and if I was you, I would just start by changing the conversation with yourself and start selling yourself a different story, a different reality. ~ None of us are perfect and we all have a different life story, but if you can learn the art of communicating with yourself the right way, you will have the power to guide yourself and have so much more control over your emotions and your life and the choices you make. ~ You won't master communicating with yourself over night, it's a constant battle and it's something you master over a lifetime... but you can start right now by being more aware of your thoughts and what you're actually saying to yourself on a daily basis. @before5am

Live it and breathe it or just forget about it. It's that simple. ~ If you're not obsessed with it and totally committed to making it happen, then you're never going to make it happen. ~ You've got to be all in and that's not just another throw away line. You have to remove all other options from your life and commit your entire being to your vision, your dream and your Devine life purpose. ~ Life is a game that rewards you for reaching your potential and you won't ever be able to reach your potential if you're just sort of interested and only kind of want it! ~ We can talk about balance all day, I can make you feel good by telling you that life is a journey and I can even make it seem like you're working things out and gently finding your way. Which is true for much of the journey through life. ~ But the harsh reality of success and greatness is this: You have to remove everyone and everything from your life and you have to be willing to sacrifice everything you once knew and accepted as your reality in order to have what you have never had and create what others have never seen. ~ You can add those who fit into your vision as you go along, but the price of reaching your potential means you simply have to walk away and remove any force that does not align with your purpose. ~ There is no such thing as balance for the sake of balance. "All things must be in complete balance and harmony in the pursuit of your Devine life purpose." That means, you have to commit yourself to an ideal, something greater than yourself and something that moves your soul like nothing else in the universe can. All things must be aligned with your greater purpose in order for you to function and perform beyond the known or accepted limits of human beings. ~ You have to live and breathe it. Your work, your mission and your purpose should be one with you. There should be no separation between any part of your life and your work. Your work being the one thing you are here to create, share and gift to the world. ~ Commit yourself to the pursuit of something meaningful to your soul and I promise you from that moment onwards you will unlock your true potential and unlimited power within. @before5am

Be relentless, work around the clock and make the most of every opportunity you have in front of you right now! ~ You've got to learn to Push, create your own opportunities and make things happen. ~ Sitting around, waiting and hoping for things to magically occur is the fastest way to lose your momentum and your confidence. ~ Be proactive, do what needs to be done and tackle the hard things you've been avoiding. ~ Today is not over. You've still got time to close those deals, sign up new clients or customers and make that pitch to your future investors. ~ Don't let the sun set on today's opportunities without having a good crack at trying to make something happen. ~ One phone call, one email, one meeting, one sale, one new connection on social media might just be the breakthrough you need to turn it all around. ~ Don't waste time. Right now is the right time to take charge and turn nothing into something and move the game forward once and for all. ~ It's your time now.
