I often say that sometimes, the most productive thing you can do, is be unproductive. • It sounds like a strange thing to say, especially when most of my work as a coach is focused around helping people develop the skills to take action, be more proactive and productive in their day to day lives. • Giving yourself the gift of time to just ponder, reflect, write or even go for a long walk are all very important strategies in cultivating high levels of creativity and connecting with your higher self and subconscious mind. • One of the great keys to maintaining my creative flow and having the energy to be able to share my gifts and talents day in and day out with you all is my ability to know exactly when to step away from the canvas and put the brush down and just let go. • Trust me it wasn't always that way and as much as I love working 18 hours a day on my business, my art and making a difference in the lives of others, I had to learn that sometimes you just have to let go, step away and allow fresh ideas and higher levels of inspiration to flow and come to you in the most magical of ways. • I am a big believer in thinking things through deeply and with great intent, but there comes a time when you simply just have to let go and allow the right answer to come to you in its own unique way and trust me it almost always does, if you make your intentions very clear to the universe. • You have to give yourself time and like anything in life and especially in any creative endeavour you need time to develop your ideas. Many ideas and problems can be solved at the drop of a hat simply by being decisive, but in my experience, the creative flow of truly enlightened work requires us to disconnect from our work from time to time, so we can come back to it with a fresh set of eyes and a new level of inspiration and awareness. • The great artists, inventors and visionaries know that their true power and potential comes from another source, far greater than themselves and they constantly take time out to connect with their higher self and their power source, because they learnt long ago that creativity is rarely the outcome of productivity. @before5am

Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn either way you've just got to keep moving forward! • Failure is a state of mind in so many ways and we all fall victim to feeling defeated from time to time...but just because you have taken a few hits doesn't mean you've lost. • Many times in my life my failures and the days when everything fell apart became my greatest blessing because it forced me to pick myself up and move in a direction that would allow me to grow and prosper. • It's never easy to deal with the pain of rejection, failure and disappointment but you've always got to remember that what you are creating and working toward is bigger than any single failure. • Stay focused on your vision for life and learn to accept your failures and mistakes as lessons that allow you to further create your vision and dreams! @before5am

You can spend your whole life listening to other people tell you that it's not possible or that you will never pull it off or you can listen to yourself, believe in yourself and back yourself! • It doesn't matter what other people say or think it only matters what you think and what you believe is possible for you! • Whatever your vision, goal or dream is you have to know with absolute faith and conviction that you will get there and you will make it happen and that starts with believing in yourself and knowing exactly what you want! • You become unstoppable when your purpose becomes clear within your own mind and when you believe with everything you have that it's possible and when you finally stand up and declare that you will not stop until you get exactly what you want! • Be relentless and so determined that no one or nothing can deny you or separate you from what you truly believe in! @before5am

The first 90 minutes of the day are yours, to work on and create the life you truly want to live. • Between 4:30am and 6am is when I work on myself, my body, my dreams and my vision for life. Distraction free and with a fresh mind, body and soul! • For most of you waking up that early is a weird concept but for me waking up and rolling out of bed to go to work for someone else is a weird concept. If you're not doing something for your own pleasure, personal development and your dreams when you wake up, then you're simply wasting the best part of the day! • Your life won't change until you give yourself the gift of time to create and work on yourself and your unique ideas. I can assure you the number one reason why people never ever get to live the life they want, is simply because they never give themselves the time to imagine a new life, to work and create the best version of themselves and work on own their ideas, dreams and vision for life. • If you don't make yourself and your dreams a priority then you will end up leaving this earth never having done what you truly wanted to do and you’ll find yourself in the rat race wondering why your life is the way it is... or more than likely never wondering or questioning why your life turned out the way it has. • The first 90 minutes of the day belong to you and whatever happens during the day, happens but you've taken charge of your life and made progress on what's truly important to you before anything else happens. That’s how you start to build the life you want, while you live the life you've already created or fallen into for yourself. • You want change? • I'm giving you guys the most basic and simple strategy of all and the easiest to implement into your life and in fact I've committed my life to helping people wake up earlier so they can take that leap and reach their true potential. • Now it's your time to commit to giving yourself the gift of time, so you can take that leap and become everything you wanted to be! @before5am
