🌈 Bitcoin is back in the accumulation zone on the Rainbow Chart
The Rainbow Chart is flashing blue again—the part of the spectrum historically associated with fear and accumulation.
🔴 Red zones = extreme greed and potential profit-taking
🔵 Blue zones = fear and potential accumulation
BTC has now returned to the same lower bands where the bottom of the previous bear market formed.
👀 There's another interesting detail: during the last bull market, Bitcoin only reached the middle bands of the indicator rather than its historical peak.
If history repeats and BTC again tops out around the middle of the Rainbow Chart, the model would point to a potential cycle peak near $200K.
Of course, the Rainbow Chart is a historical model, not a crystal ball—but the current positioning is certainly worth watching. 🌈
