𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄, 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘄𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 What if everything happening right now is exactly as it should be? It's a radical, yet a very liberating idea that the universe is perfect exactly as it is right now Even more daring — you’re perfect, too Right now, in this moment, whether you feel glorious or messy, you're exactly where you need to be "You're perfect. Wow." These words might feel hard to accept, but sit with them What if your current state, with all its beauty or chaos, is not just okay but exactly right? It’s a reminder that life doesn't have to "fix" you to be beautiful You’re fine And maybe, just maybe, you’re perfect as you are. You are right where you need to be This clip is from "𝗗𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻" (Bakslash, YouTube, Oct 3, 2023) at 00:00 Made with 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗽 dot 𝗶𝘁 - create and publish clips from videos extremely fast (

"𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀, 𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗸 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿" - 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 TL;DR: Breathe slower all day for less stress and more oxygen. Fast breathing dumps too much CO2, making it harder for O2 to absorb, so you end up with less oxygen and more anxiety Ideal rate: Aim for ~6 breaths per minute. That’s a simple 5-second inhale + 5-second exhale – very easy Pro tip for sleep: Put a small piece of sticky tape right in the middle of your lips (not a full seal) to encourage nose breathing Please watch the full podcast, it's ridiculously important This clip is from "𝗝𝗼𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 #𝟭𝟱𝟬𝟲 - 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿" (PowerfulJRE, YouTube, Jul 10, 2020) at 01:03:07 Made with 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗽 dot 𝗶𝘁 - create and publish clips from videos extremely fast (

“Most people aren’t aware of just how much they’re missing from life. They’re distracted by so much stimulation, trapped in loops of internal dialogue, reliving past events, and feeling anxious about what’s going to happen tomorrow. And it’s so easy to carry on like this until the grave, never actually experiencing the richness of life, of the present moment. Meditation changes all of this. It enables you to pay attention to the present moment and train your mind to do what you want it to do. Meditation enhances your natural ability to be alert and aware. Try biking down Fifth Avenue absentmindedly. You can’t do it (well, not for very long). Riding a bicycle in that situation requires incredible awareness, and if you’re not present for every single second of that ride, you’ll end up beneath a city bus before you know it. Additionally, a bicycle will actually drift in whatever direction your attention is focused (remember the chapter on the power of attention). And if you’ve ever learned to drive a motorcycle, you know how important this principle is. If you look at the tree you’re about to hit instead of the path you need to take to avoid that tree, you’ll hit the tree every time. It’s the same reason why they train race-car drivers to never look at the wall. The drivers learn to focus their attention on the track and all of the action going on around them. So this is why meditation is important. If you’re not aware of precisely where your attention is, it’s kind of hard to change that focus. Biking in New York is a demonstration of the primary principles of magick in real time. Meditation empowers you to notice where your attention is going and to steer it accordingly. In magick, we steer it toward what we desire instead of on that which we fear.”

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝘆 If you want to scale your time and focus on what truly matters, you have to say "no" by default Early in life, saying "yes" to every opportunity is necessary because you're in the exploration phase But later, when you've found your path, the exploitation phase requires ruthless focus Saying "no" becomes your default mode Responding to every request can drain your time and mental space Naval explains that scaling your time means developing the emotional resilience to dismiss interruptions without turbulence He shares a simple filter: if you wouldn’t ask someone else for the same thing, then you don’t need to respond at all Learn to ignore requests that don’t align with your priorities Whether it's deleting emails without hesitation or adopting a hermit-like strategy, maximizing your flow requires tough decisions Protect your time fiercely This clip is from "𝟰𝟰 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 - 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗻𝘁 (𝟰𝗞)" (Chris Williamson, YouTube, Mar 31, 2025) at 47:39 Made with 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗽 dot 𝗶𝘁 - create and publish clips from videos extremely fast (
