Recently, FlyOne passengers have been facing last-minute schedule changes: the departure date and time may change, as well as the arrival airport.
For example, today some passengers on the evening Yerevan-Moscow flight were moved to a flight with a wait of more than 30 hours before departure, while some also had their arrival airport changed.
Passengers also note that information about changes is not always provided promptly.
If you have a booking for a FlyOne flight, we recommend checking your booking status and any possible changes yourself from time to time.
