📢 Customer Never Received (CNR) Deduction & Appeal Process Update
Hey pandariders,
We’ve made an update to the Customer Never Received (CNR) deduction process to help you identify and appeal CNR cases quickly.
Previously, CNR deductions were processed on a weekly basis, which meant you could wait up to a week before seeing the deduction. Going forward, CNR deductions will be processed much sooner.
This change will take effect from Monday, 17 August 2026.
📩How will I know if I receive a CNR deduction?
When a deduction is made:
• You’ll receive an Inbox message in your rider app showing the deduction amount and order code
• You can also check more details in your rider app under:
Resources → Activity insights → scroll down to the Deduction section
Important: 10-day appeal deadline
If you wish to appeal a CNR deduction, you must submit your appeal within 10 days from the date you receive the deduction.
Appeals submitted more than 10 days after the deduction will NOT be accepted.
